The 2009 course was altered to visit the summit of Sgurr Dubh,

The route visits both summits of Slioch, i.e. the trig point and the north top.

Competitors must be at least 18, and have completed 3 category AL/AM hill races in the past 2 years.
There will be a strict limit of 150 (with waiting list) due to local constraints. Registration/kit check will be 10-11.30am at Kinlochewe Hall with a Midday start.
