Spent the first year finding new and interesting injuries to experience. I absolutely hate "dashes" and prefer longer runs where the only person I feel I'm competing with is myself.  Career Highlights 5pm every day, especially on a Friday.  Race Records Unlikely.  Favourite Races Absolute favourite is the Lairig Ghru, followed closely by the Bennachie and the Moray Marathon.  Most Memorable Race Definitely the Lairig, don't think I'll ever forget the excruciating tarmac at the end of the race. It should be a doddle compared to the valley itself, but this last few miles is horrific.  Other Interests Sailing, Mountain biking, Electric and Acoustic guitar, mainly Rock and Blues.
