Took up hill racing in 2008 and absolutely loving racing, apart from the injury side. My first race was Tinto in November 2008. The current aim is to do 100 hill races before I hit my 40th birthday.

 Favourite Races
Ben Lora, was absolutely amazing in the snow Dec 2008. Coming out of the forest into the open, seeing Ben Cruachan in front was awe inspiring. Ben Sheann was also a very memorable race in 2009. I love the steep steep stuff, and the descent there is superb down through the trees. Tinto Hill, because its my home hill and cause of much soreness.
 Other Interests
Mountain Biking, Sea Kayaking, Ski-ing, Snowboarding and a few other sports likely to cause injury.
